Credit Controller

Job Description

Jonsson Workwear is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Credit Controller to join its Debtor’s team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring efficient invoicing, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The Credit Controller will oversee the collection of customer accounts and work closely with the Sales team to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate records of all financial activity.
• Ensuring accurate customer payments, efficient invoicing, and balancing of accounts.
• Reconciling month-end claims and statements.
• Processing all new credit applications.
• Ensuring precise and accurate credit checks on new customers.
• Monitoring RMAs – return authorisations.
• Reviewing validity of POD’s on our transporters site.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a credit controller.
• Experience using Syspro ERP system preferable.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Administration or data capturing experience is advantageous.
