Sotheby's is seeking a Head of Retail Salon in Hong Kong. This role involves setting the regional Salon business strategy, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating an ultra-luxury environment. The Head of Retail Salon will lead Client Advisor teams to achieve sales targets and collaborate with regional corporate functions to deliver a cross-category experience.Role involves:
- Achieving sales targets and relevant KPIs.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Maximizing the potential of the cross-category products environment.
- Maintaining high levels of presentation and hospitality.
- Managing customer flow and ensuring exceptional retail experience.
- Overseeing operating procedures and policies.
- Managing inventory and documentation.
- Proposing and assisting in the execution of marketing activities.
- Implementing and updating visual merchandising.
- Coaching, training, and motivating the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in Luxury Retail and/or Store Management.
- Experience in managing direct reports within a Retail/Luxury/Hospitality environment.
- High standards of client services and luxury hospitality.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Knowledge of luxury products and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented with strong collaborative spirit and communication skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
