Job Description
Sotheby's is seeking a Head of Retail Salon in Hong Kong. This role involves setting the regional Salon business strategy, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating an ultra-luxury environment. The Head of Retail Salon will lead Client Advisor teams to achieve sales targets and collaborate with regional corporate functions to deliver a cross-category experience.Role involves:
  • Achieving sales targets and relevant KPIs.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maximizing the potential of the cross-category products environment.
  • Maintaining high levels of presentation and hospitality.
  • Managing customer flow and ensuring exceptional retail experience.
  • Overseeing operating procedures and policies.
  • Managing inventory and documentation.
  • Proposing and assisting in the execution of marketing activities.
  • Implementing and updating visual merchandising.
  • Coaching, training, and motivating the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in Luxury Retail and/or Store Management.
  • Experience in managing direct reports within a Retail/Luxury/Hospitality environment.
  • High standards of client services and luxury hospitality.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Knowledge of luxury products and industry trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with strong collaborative spirit and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
