Job Description
Sotheby's is seeking a Product Designer to lead user-centered design for client-facing digital products, including e-commerce, auctions, and account management. The Product Designer will collaborate with product, design leads, research, and engineering teams to create intuitive workflows for collectors and buyers of luxury and art.Role involves:
  • Collaborating with product managers to define design goals.
  • Creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Incorporating user feedback.
  • Delivering high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Reviewing design QA.
  • Monitoring design performance metrics.
  • Contributing to the design system.
  • Partnering with design leadership.
  • Engaging in design critique and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product, UX, and UI design.
  • Strong experience with Figma.
  • A portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
  • Understanding of responsive web design.
  • Strategic mindset and communication skills.
  • Collaborative spirit and analytical thinking.
  • Self-motivation and proactive approach.
