MATTE, a 360° full-service creative studio, is seeking a Client Director to provide integrated, cross-platform solutions to major partners, drive revenue, and expand business partnerships. The Client Director will utilize managerial and communication skills to train and motivate a team, while employing an analytical approach to sales. This role involves understanding how MATTE's services can achieve client goals and setting the vision for creative strategies.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing day-to-day client needs.
- Managing large integrated projects.
- Leading business development efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agencies, brands, and sales teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
- Understanding of client needs.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of brand and marketing trends.
