Job Description

Activesoft is seeking a BDR to join their team in São Paulo. Activesoft is part of Isaac, the largest financial solutions platform for schools, offering guaranteed revenue and flexible payment options. Role involves:

  • Mapping new schools and identifying decision-makers.
  • Conducting active outbound prospecting via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Studying school contexts and challenges to personalize outreach.
  • Qualifying outbound leads based on defined criteria and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to refine processes.
  • Updating the CRM (HubSpot) with interaction history and lead progress.
  • Monitoring metrics such as response rate and conversion per channel.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and challenge-driven hunter profile.
  • Organization, discipline, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with prospecting automation tools and CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Eagerness to learn and evolve continuously.
  • Active listening skills, empathy, and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in qualification frameworks (SPIN, GPCT, BANT).
