Job Description

Isaac is seeking a Coordenador de Sales Ops III to join their Crescimento team. This role involves developing and implementing projects within the commercial funnel to maximize conversion and drive growth. The Coordenador will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a high-quality, scalable, and well-structured operation.

Role involves:

  • Leading the SalesOps team and ensuring efficient execution of support processes for the commercial area.
  • Executing tactical and operational demands through the team, ensuring agility and quality in delivery.
  • Monitoring sales performance KPIs and making process/strategy decisions to improve results.
  • Managing and ensuring data integrity in the CRM.
  • Supporting commercial leadership with portfolio analysis and data-driven process recommendations.
  • Leading commercial team agendas, providing visibility of problems and proposing next steps.
  • Optimizing and standardizing sales processes, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Serving as the focal point for commercial leadership on operational and strategic topics.
