The Credit Policy Analyst III will play a crucial role in shaping credit policies and ensuring the sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing credit policies segmented by customer profile.
• Simulating the impact of new rules and policies.
• Configuring rules in the credit engine.
• Monitoring key credit performance indicators.
• Evaluating policy tests.
• Exploring external and internal data for strategic decisions.
• Establishing and monitoring risk alarms.
• Participating in credit committees and presenting reports.
• Collaborating with Product, Technology, and CSM teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Desire to learn and follow financial and credit market trends.
• Previous experience in credit/financial services companies and/or fintechs is a plus.
