Gong is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform revenue organizations. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer engagement, adoption, and value realization within a portfolio of commercial accounts. This role involves building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, uncovering business outcomes, and strategically mapping them to Gong's value. The Customer Success Manager will partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, retention, and growth of their portfolio.
- Be a trusted strategic advisor

- Proactively identify and lead team process improvements
- 2+ years of relevant work in B2B SaaS
- Experience prioritising and managing a book of business
- Demonstrated background in developing and managing relationships and renewing contracts
- Track record owning relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of accounts
- Develop individual success plans for your customers
- Lead all QBR activity within your book
