Job Description
Gong is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth within the financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and energy industries. The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in expanding Gong's business accounts and acquiring new customers. This role involves creative prospecting, managing prospects from lead generation to closing, and building deep relationships with customers to understand their business goals.
- Driving new business growth within a greenfield territory.
- Developing tailored account plans.
- Communicating Gong's value proposition.
- Refining and optimizing messaging for outbound prospecting.
- Engaging with senior executives.
- Collaborating with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- 6+ years of relevant sales experience, with 3+ years selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets of $1M+ net new ARR.
- Experience closing six-figure deals ($200K+) in complex sales cycles (9+ months).
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite and CROs.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos.
- Experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similar value-based selling methodology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
