Sr. Professional Services Engagement Manager

Job Description

Pendo is seeking a Sr. Professional Services Engagement Manager to lead enterprise-level SaaS implementations. The Professional Services team aims to accelerate the time to value for Pendo users by delivering value and sharing best practices. The ideal candidate will partner with executive sponsors, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure adoption. This role involves collaboration with Pendo Consultants to co-deliver project workstreams and ensure successful handoffs to Customer Success and Support teams.Role Responsibilities include:

• Leading enterprise-level SaaS implementations from kickoff to completion.
• Partnering with customers’ executive sponsors and IT leaders.
• Collaborating with Pendo Consultants to co-deliver project workstreams.
• Owning project governance, communications, and execution.
• Serving as a trusted strategic advisor on leveraging Pendo.
• Ensuring successful handoffs to Customer Success and Support teams.
• Contributing to the evolution of Professional Services delivery.
• Tracking and reporting on key project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications include:

• 6–8 years of experience in Professional Services or Enterprise Implementation roles within a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale software implementations.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and enterprise customer dynamics.
• Experience working in a billable/utilization-driven environment.
