HyperionDev is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its paid media strategy and execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. This is a hands-on role where they will be responsible for managing paid media channels, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead paid media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of paid campaigns, including setup, optimization, and scaling.
  • Own and optimize paid media budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to refine campaign messaging.
  • Assess the customer funnel and optimize paid campaigns to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with key platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Mentor the growing paid media team, sharing best practices and insights.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and advocate for new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
  • Proven experience in B2C marketing, ideally within the tech, education, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting, managing multi-million rand annual budgets.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with experience in A/B testing and creative optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach”
