HyperionDev is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic development and success of its B2B and B2C digital products. HyperionDev is a leading provider of accelerated tech education in EMEA, partnering with top universities to deliver technical courses and bootcamps. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role involves cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, customer insight gathering, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering value and viable solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
- Utilize data analysis tools to understand user interactions and make informed decisions.
- Engage in continuous customer research and feedback collection.
- Communicate product plans and progress to all stakeholders.
- Adopt an in-house first approach to address business needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of API integrations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the SaaS tools utilized company-wide.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor product manager.
- Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and constructive relationships.
- A strong technical background, preferably with hands-on coding experience (Python/Java).
- Solid understanding of the technical architecture of platforms, the role of API integrations, and the utilization of SaaS tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and coordination skills.
- The ability to clearly communicate requirements, balance risk and hold stakeholders accountable to delivery deadlines.
