Strategic Finance Associate

Job Description

Coast, a company re-imagining the B2B card payments infrastructure, is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join their Finance team. This role is based in their SoHo, Manhattan office and reports to the Head of Finance. The Strategic Finance Associate will be instrumental in shaping the financial direction of Coast, working closely with the Head of Finance and VP of Financial Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed financial models.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Provide financial insight into key business decisions.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage Coast’s warehouse operations.
• Support Coast’s capital markets strategy.
• Partner with Sales and DealOps to evaluate custom pricing proposals.
• Identify areas for financial and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
