Notion is seeking a GTM Innovation Lead to drive revenue growth by implementing AI-powered solutions. This role involves collaborating with GTM teams, Business Technology, Data Science, and an Automation Engineer to develop innovative approaches for leveraging AI in identifying revenue opportunities, improving sales processes, and optimizing customer conversion rates.
Responsibilities: - Drive pipeline and ARR outcomes by deploying AI-enhanced prioritization and outreach.
- Design AI-driven solutions to improve ramp metrics and augment selling teams with AI-driven coaching.
- Implement AI solutions that streamline sales workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Develop frameworks to measure and optimize the revenue impact of AI implementations.
- Bridge the gap between sales teams and technical implementation.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a mix of commercially-focused and technical roles.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI applications in sales and revenue generation.
- Clear perspective on the future of AI-driven GTM.
- Strong bias to action and high ownership.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue optimization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be located in New York or San Francisco.
