Notion is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Seoul, South Korea. This role is crucial in supporting the sales organization by providing technical expertise to prospective and existing customers. The Solutions Engineer will partner with the sales team on customer engagements, addressing advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires. They will offer technical guidance throughout the sales process, enabling customers to successfully deploy and integrate Notion.
Responsibilities: - Partner with sales on customer engagements.
- Respond to technical questions and RFPs.
- Provide technical guidance to customers.
- Showcase custom solutions using Notion.
- Curate product feedback for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Refine the technical narrative for the product.
- Educate the sales organization on the product.
- Document technical considerations.
Requirements: - 4+ years as Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Understanding of APIs.
- Experience with third-party integrations (IAM/SSO, DLP, SIEM).
- Strong project management experience.

- Native-level Korean and business-level English.
