Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Fictiv is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Monterrey, Mexico. This role is crucial for ensuring collaboration between customers and manufacturing partners, contributing to the company's mission of revolutionizing hardware manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for innovation.Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Advise on design improvements to enhance manufacturability and reduce costs.
• Generate accurate quotes using expertise and Fictiv’s software.
• Develop cost calculators for new service offerings.
• Support automation efforts by working with the software team.
• Create high-quality 2D drawings that meet ANSI/ASME Y14.5 standards.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Experience with sheet metal and management.
• Fluent in Spanish and business English.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Passionate about manufacturing and knowledge sharing.
