Job Description
GitLab is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to join their DACH team. This remote role involves becoming a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects and clients, demonstrating how GitLab solutions address their business requirements. The Associate Solutions Architect will drive the technology and value evaluation stages of the sales process, focusing on the technical solution and the desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of GitLab.
  • Guide technical evaluations via POC/POV ownership, RFP/audit support, and workshop design.
  • Build relationships with customer personnel to foster GitLab advocacy.
  • Serve as the customer advocate to other GitLab teams.
  • Continuously improve professional skills and maintain specialty competency in relevant technologies.


Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the GitLab platform and associated technologies.
  • Experience in solution selling and architecture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
