Job Description
Huntress is seeking a Demand Integration Technical Specialist to support the operational and technical bridges between marketing and sales systems. This role involves ensuring accurate lead flow, campaign tracking, and optimizing data enrichment and intent signals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical point of contact for data flow between HubSpot (or other Marketing Automation Platform) and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, catching duplicates, sync errors, or field mismatches.
  • Collaborate on improving data enrichment workflows.
  • Partner on intent tool (6Sense) integration and operations.
  • Build and maintain key dashboards and reports for marketing and SDR teams.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to create and manage Salesforce fields and processes.
  • Build and manage campaigns in Salesforce.
  • Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to technical projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working hands-on with both Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit).
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • A collaborative, communicative, and team-first mindset.
  • A high attention to detail.
