Outlier is seeking a talented Zulu writer to help train generative artificial intelligence models. This is a freelance role, offering flexible hours and remote work.
Responsibilities involve:
- Reading Zulu (South Africa) text and ranking AI-generated responses.
- Writing short stories in Zulu (South Africa) based on provided topics.
- Assessing the factual accuracy of Zulu (South Africa) text produced by AI models.
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience as a professional translator.
- Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
- Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities or writing-related field.
- Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
