GTM Systems Manager, Growth Motions

Grammarly is seeking a GTM Systems Manager, Growth Motions to join their GTM Systems team. This role is crucial in expanding the use of Grammarly's AI writing tools and ensuring effective communication for organizations. The GTM Systems Manager will be responsible for building scalable workflows, enabling cross-functional teams, and optimizing program performance based on clear success metrics. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of systems, data insights, and GTM execution.

Role involves:

• Designing, operationalizing, and scaling targeted engagement programs.
• Piloting, iterating, and optimizing micro-plays to improve engagement and conversion.
• Acting as the primary owner and strategist for Common Room and related engagement platforms.
• Building onboarding, enablement, and best practice guides.
• Partnering with Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Defining and tracking KPIs for program adoption, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar GTM execution role.
• Experience operationalizing and enabling GTM engagement platforms.
• Strong builder’s mindset with experience designing workflows and automations.
• Proven success in improving sales and marketing alignment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and optimize based on results.
• Excellent communication & project management skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and enrichment tools.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment.
