Job Description
Grammarly is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their G&A Strategy & Operations team. This role will serve as a cross-functional integrator, connecting budgets, timelines, headcount, and strategic priorities. The Senior Program Manager will be the primary liaison to Finance, bringing rigor to planning cycles, managing resources across teams, and ensuring alignment between what Grammarly says, spends, and staffs.

In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the go-to planning partner between G&A and Finance.
  • Track resources, goals, and major initiatives across G&A.
  • Pick up program management responsibilities for Finance-heavy efforts.
  • Contribute to cross-functional work that touches People, Legal, and Finance.
  • Act as a systems-thinker, helping bring structure to how G&A sets priorities and makes decisions.

Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in BizOps, FP&A, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • A strong planning mindset, with comfort navigating financial and resourcing tradeoffs.
  • Operational range — able to manage the details of a spreadsheet and the bigger picture of a planning cycle.
  • Experience with cross-functional program management and/or coordination across multiple business units.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Coda, or similar.
