Trade Operations Associate

FalconX is seeking a Trade Operations Associate to join their team in Bangalore. FalconX operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, offering a comprehensive solution for digital asset strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Handle counterparty settlement requests.
• Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Track towards assigned KPIs for trade operations.
• Work with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor daily inventory needs and liaise with Treasury Management.
• Provide inputs to compliance and risk teams.
• Adhere to established trade operations processes.
• Liaise with Accounting and ensure proper data provision.
• Perform reconciliations between internal and external systems.
• Improve reconciliation processes and identify gaps.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund, or Investment Bank.
• Superb self-management skills.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Desire to become an expert on digital assets.
