Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a passionate and driven Entitlement Analyst to join their growing India team in Pune. This role presents an opportunity to join a high-growth company and support an award-winning product that is rapidly being adopted across international markets. The Entitlement Analyst will actively support global sales teams with Content Authorization requests and provide superior customer experience.

Role involves:
  • Processing Content Authorization requests from sales teams following SOPs.
  • Collaborating with sales teams and broker partners to gather required information.
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns.
  • Tracking the progress of submitted Content Authorization requests.
  • Tracking communication in CRM for transparency and auditability.
  • Focusing on improving customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and quality services.
  • Suggesting process and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Customer-focused with experience in supporting customers through email, chat, and/or phone calls.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive information/updates to sales teams.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Ability to provide new employees with training sessions.
  • Exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to follow up with customers for further information.
  • Ability to maintain a healthy relationship with sales teams.
  • Ability to execute, act tactically, and write effectively.
  • Desire to learn and absorb information to drive productivity.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with strong cross-group working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel).
  • Salesforce or any CRM tools experience is a plus.
