Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning to lead the Manager and Leadership Development practice. This role involves program management, learning experience design, facilitation, and coaching, with a focus on elevating leadership capabilities for all people leaders. The Senior Manager will collaborate across the People Team and the entire organization to drive future programming and learning opportunities. They will also define, measure, and communicate leadership development success metrics.
What this role involves:
- Leading and evolving the Leadership Development practice.
- Crafting a leadership development strategy for new and experienced managers and leaders.
- Evolving manager development programming in a remote-first environment.
- Partnering cross-functionally across the People Team and the entire organization.
- Facilitating and/or co-facilitating instructor-led training.
- Writing communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to leader learning.
- Defining, measuring, and communicating leadership development success metrics.
Requirements:
- Designed and delivered Leadership Development experiences and programs for 2000+ employees.
- Scaled Executive Coaching programs and worked with vendors to measure its effectiveness.
- Built multiyear roadmaps for the moments that matter to leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in human-centered design.
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development program design and management, experience design, and facilitation.
- Developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
