Job Description
Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Martech Lead to shape its marketing technology strategy and execution. Reporting to the Director of Websites & MarTech, this role involves building a cohesive MarTech roadmap, optimizing website conversion strategies, and integrating marketing tools with the data infrastructure. The Martech Lead will manage key analytics platforms and MarTech operations, collaborating with Marketing, IT, Data, Engineering, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, defining big-picture initiatives while implementing them.
Role involves:
- Defining and owning the MarTech strategy
- Managing marketing data and infrastructure
- Overseeing analytics and measurement
- Handling marketing operations and vendor management
- Providing thought leadership on emerging tech and AI
- Optimizing website and conversion strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MarTech strategy and execution
- Deep understanding of MarTech tools and ecosystems
- Strong experience working with data teams
- Experience with BigQuery and marketing data infrastructure
- Hands-on experience managing Google Analytics
- Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs)
- Excellent collaboration and management skills
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
