Demandbase is seeking a Senior Manager of Partner Marketing to lead global marketing programs that elevate partnerships and drive revenue growth. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Field and Channel Marketing and partners closely with the Partnerships team to shape and execute integrated go-to-market strategies with strategic partners, agencies, and ISVs. The ideal candidate has experience building partner marketing programs from the ground up, is comfortable operating cross-functionally, and brings both strategic vision and executional excellence.Demandbase offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, well-being, and financial security.
What this role involves: - Developing and executing scalable partner marketing strategies across the global ecosystem.
- Planning and leading integrated co-marketing programs across digital, content, field, and event channels.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key marketing contacts across partner organizations.
- Working closely with teams across Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Generation.
- Providing mentorship and direction to the team.
- Tracking program performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
Requirements: - 8–10 years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing within B2B enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling partner marketing programs globally.
- Strong experience working with and across agencies, ISVs, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A growth-oriented people leader.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
