Job Description
Workato is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect, AI Solutions to join their team. This role is focused on empowering partners to build, sell, and deliver AI and agent-based automation solutions. The Partner Solutions Architect will enable the partner ecosystem through training, assets, and guidance, and support partners during pre-sales and post-sales engagements. They will also collaborate with the Product Management and AI team to provide feedback from the field, helping shape the direction of Workato’s AI offerings.

Role involves:
  • Enabling partners through training and guidance.
  • Supporting partners during pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Driving thought leadership and scaling platform adoption.
  • Collaborating with Product Management and AI teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in partner enablement or solutioning within a SaaS or iPaaS environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Practical knowledge of iPaaS platforms, middleware, and integration architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong partnerships.
