Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Benevento C.C. "Buonvento" store. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in guiding and managing the point of sale, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and the quality of customer service.

Role Involves:
• Achieving commercial objectives and KPI growth.
• Managing costs and optimizing store profitability.
• Assisting in staff recruitment and development.
• Ensuring quality customer service and handling complaints.
• Maintaining store presentation in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Managing merchandise and participating in loss prevention.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in managing structured retail outlets.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Leadership and strong relational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
