Job Description

JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Store Manager for their location in Bologna, Italy. The Store Manager will be responsible for guiding the store, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, and driving the constant growth of KPIs. They will manage costs, optimize store profitability through sales strategies, and oversee personnel management, including recruiting, developing, and motivating staff. The Store Manager will also ensure quality customer service, manage complaints, and collaborate with the merchandising team to enhance store presentation and profitability. They will handle logistics, participate in loss prevention, and manage daily cash operations.

• Ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and KPI growth
• Managing costs and optimizing store profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing structured retail outlets, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Leadership and good relational and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
