Job Description
Galaxy is seeking an Associate for their Institutional Sales team in New York. This role focuses on driving the Americas trading business, particularly within Global Markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crypto and have experience with options.

Role involves:
- Owning and growing relationships with institutions.
- Increasing volumes across products through deal origination and execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including product, finance, and legal.
- Managing the customer lifecycle and resolving business issues.
- Understanding regional and crypto-specific market microstructure.
Requirements:
- Crypto experience is strongly preferred.
- Options experience is a must.
- 3+ years’ experience in crypto markets or FICC/equities with derivatives knowledge.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Office first (NYC), remote second mindset.
