C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Policy Analyst to join their Personal Finance Credit Policies team. This team is responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring credit granting policies. The ideal candidate will work in synergy with Pricing, Products, Collection, and Business areas, aiming to optimize the risk-return relationship and efficiency in the customer journey.

Role involves:

• Defining and monitoring credit policies for the Personal Finance segment.
• Monitoring portfolio and harvest performance.
• Developing studies to direct business opportunities.
• Studying optimization in credit maintenance rules.
• Accompanying and leading projects.
• Developing proposals to optimize credit decisions.

Requirements:

• Analytical and strategic profile with ease in interpreting numbers and solving problems.
• Technical skills: SQL, Office Package, and Python (Differential) for data manipulation.
• Power BI (desirable) for data visualization.
• Communicative to conduct meetings and present results.
• Curious, nonconformist person who likes challenges.
• Previous experience in Personal Finance Credit Policies/Risk team.
• Skills with risk modeling (differential).
• Availability to work in person in the central region of São Paulo.
