Job Description
Butternut Box is seeking a curious and analytical Accounts Assistant to join their Core Finance function in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain a well-rounded view of the business. The Accounts Assistant will report to the Management Accountant and collaborate with various teams across the company.

Role involves:
  • Supporting weekly and period-end close processes.
  • Analyzing data and providing clear commentary.
  • Gaining hands-on experience with reporting processes.
  • Improving processes and supporting scaling efforts.
  • Managing day-to-day finance tasks.
  • Supporting the wider Finance team with key projects.

Requirements:
  • Graduate with an Accounting or similar degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Eagerness to study towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification.
  • Accounting experience and SAP knowledge are a plus.
  • Love for dogs.
