Job Description
Berlin Brands Group is seeking a Working Student to join their Technical Product Management team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Klarstein’s product portfolio, a leading European D2C appliance brand. The Working Student will be instrumental in building and scaling structured product processes, ensuring the quality of the existing product portfolio, fixing production issues, and creating and validating instruction manuals. This position combines analytical depth, technical knowledge, and creative influence, collaborating across product, quality, compliance, and operations.
Role Involves:
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify product issues and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Quality team to define and track corrective action plans.
- Assisting in spare parts management, including identifying critical components and supporting sourcing activities.
- Supporting the development and improvement of Instruction Manuals.
Requirements:
- Studies in Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
- First experiences in a product management, tech, or QA-related environment are a plus.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics, technology, and product management processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and structure tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
