Job Description

Axon is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is client-facing and offers opportunities for leadership and professional development. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients and internal teams to architect and deliver data conversion and integration solutions for public safety partners.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key client-facing technical expert.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects.
• Engage with technical and non-technical leadership within public safety agencies.
• Design and document comprehensive data conversion plans.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize data conversion processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with APIs structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP).
• Minimum basic skills in SQL, Python, and Azure Cloud tools.
• Data-mapping project experience for ETL.
• Familiar with cloud technologies and data management tools.
• Project Management experience and/or certifications (i.e. PMI Certifications)
