Job Description

Axon is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is client-facing and involves leading and maturing professionally within a fast-growing business environment. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients and project teams to design and deliver integrations that provide value to public safety partners. The role requires implementing processes to ensure quality, productivity, and client satisfaction, and delivering high-level technical services, including system interface construction, technical project scoping, and system analysis.What This Role Involves:

• Working as a client-facing member of the Customer Enablement Team.
• Analyzing IT system architectures for scoping technical projects and recommending system improvements.
• Managing technical projects remotely and at client sites.
• Engaging with public safety's technical and non-technical leadership to communicate project progress.
• Identifying integration opportunities between agency systems and Axon’s products.
• Recommending deployment plans for identified integrations.
• Capturing requirements, implementing third-party solutions, and documenting technical capabilities.
• Writing code to leverage API capabilities for implementation tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP).
• Intermediate skills in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud (AWS and/or Azure).
• Networking knowledge and experience in implementations and integrations.
• Understanding of Linux frameworks, including containerization platforms (Docker preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development packages, and data management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tasks.
• Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain CJIS clearance.
