Job Description
The Business of Creativity, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Founders Associate to join their team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders and CEO, contributing to strategy, sales, operations, and product development. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and COO to execute company priorities
- Provide strategic and operational support to Sir John Hegarty
- Contribute to strategic conversations and drive execution
- Gain experience across product, marketing, sales, and operations
- Manage Q&A sessions for courses
- Coordinate guest speakers
- Build and nurture the community of course participants
- Support sales and marketing efforts
- Oversee operational logistics
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in start-ups
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks independently
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Experience using CRM tools (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Positive, can-do attitude
