Job Description
Inizio is seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst to manage client contracts and build relationships with clients and internal teams. This role involves business partnering with one of Inizio's teams and reports to a Commercial Affairs Manager.Responsibilities include:
  • Fostering excellent relationships with team members and providing regular status updates.
  • Collaborating with legal and agency teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
  • Ensuring contracts meet quality and commercial standards.
  • Managing the contract lifecycle using the HighQ system.
  • Supporting business and clients with contracting questions.
  • Tracking, managing, and improving contract-related metrics.
  • Building relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing information to provide insights and solutions to contract-related issues.
  • Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems, analyze information, and achieve quality standards.
  • Good understanding of contract language.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's level degree.
  • Experience in a commercial affairs/contracting role.
  • Background in working with Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
