Job Description
Inizio is seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst to manage client contracts and build relationships with clients and internal teams. This role involves business partnering with one of Inizio's teams and reports to a Commercial Affairs Manager.Responsibilities include:
- Fostering excellent relationships with team members and providing regular status updates.
- Collaborating with legal and agency teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
- Ensuring contracts meet quality and commercial standards.
- Managing the contract lifecycle using the HighQ system.
- Supporting business and clients with contracting questions.
- Tracking, managing, and improving contract-related metrics.
- Building relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing information to provide insights and solutions to contract-related issues.
- Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems, analyze information, and achieve quality standards.
- Good understanding of contract language.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor's level degree.
- Experience in a commercial affairs/contracting role.
- Background in working with Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
