Bókun, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor - Italian Speaker to join their team in Oxford. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, investigating complex cases, and delivering high-level resolutions to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role involves:

  • Handling English & Italian communications (emails, calls, chats).
  • Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues.
  • Researching and resolving internal and external user-reported issues.
  • Creating detailed bug tickets for the development team.
  • Ensuring excellent troubleshooting documentation.
  • Acting as an internal escalation route for Tier 1 support issues.
  • Collaborating with technical teams on support escalations.
  • Following best practice incident management processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer service position (preferably B2B).
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues creatively.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work shift patterns, including some weekends.
