Bókun, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor - Italian Speaker to join their team in Oxford. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, investigating complex cases, and delivering high-level resolutions to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Role involves:
- Handling English & Italian communications (emails, calls, chats).
- Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues.
- Researching and resolving internal and external user-reported issues.
- Creating detailed bug tickets for the development team.
- Ensuring excellent troubleshooting documentation.
- Acting as an internal escalation route for Tier 1 support issues.
- Collaborating with technical teams on support escalations.
- Following best practice incident management processes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer service position (preferably B2B).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues creatively.
- Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work shift patterns, including some weekends.
