Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Community/F&B Supervisor for their Eindhoven location. This role involves ensuring guests have the best possible TSH experience by supervising hotel operations and providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars. The supervisor will act as a connector between guests and the hotel, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Role Involves:
- Supervising front of house staff and assisting guests.
- Providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars.
- Handling guest and team member questions or complaints.
- Maintaining an overview of hotel operations.
- Assisting team members and networking within the hotel.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
