Job Description
Altera Digital Health is seeking an Expert Database Administrator to manage cloud-based databases in Azure environments. The DBA will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and availability of the database systems. - Query Optimization and Troubleshooting

- Collaboration with Data Architects and Developers

- Standardization of SQL Artifacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience as a senior DBA
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on managing cloud based databases in Azure cloud environments
- Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud services such as Networking, Security, and Alerts and Monitoring
- Highly proficient in AlwaysOn, Distribute AG, Replication and Disaster Recovery
- Strong understanding of data governance, and security practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working on HealthCare domain is a plus
