Remote is seeking an Alliances Manager, Channel Sales - AMER to manage partner sales, enablement, and reporting. The Alliances Manager will report to Channel Sales Lead.   • Owning the sales cycle for partner-referred leads.
  • Providing sales support to partners.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecasting process.
  • Delivering training and enablement sessions for partner teams.
  • Supporting the partner sales enablement Slack channel.
  • Maintaining clean and up-to-date records in Salesforce.
  • Supporting continuous improvements in partner-related sales processes and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving partner revenue targets.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in partner-driven or referral-led models.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support external partners.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially in sales reporting and CRM data hygiene.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience working remotely is a plus.
