They are seeking an Account Manager to join their Mumbai team. The Account Manager will work across various projects, including social media content, video production, and digital assets. The ideal candidate will drive projects forward, bring in new business, and manage client relationships.
What this role involves: - Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for FMCG/Beauty and personal care brands.
- Collaborating with the studio team, including digital designers and the Studio Manager.
- Ensuring the team has the necessary information to start projects.
- Managing operational income and ensuring timely billing.
- Working with the studio to manage timelines.
Requirements: - Excellent client engagement skills.
- Minimum of 3+ years of account management experience.
- Proven track record of managing global clients and campaigns.
- Ability to manage account finances and invoicing.
- Creativity and ability to contribute to design studio output.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Understanding of integrating with client-side teams.
- Passion for AI and new technologies.
