Job Description
OLIVER, established in 2004, specializes in creating in-house agencies for brands. They are seeking an Account Executive to join their Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client to develop content and digital media campaigns, focusing on beauty brands. As part of The Brandtech Group, OLIVER leverages AI to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Serving as the primary contact for beauty brands, providing excellent client service and support to the onsite team.
  • Collaborating with the wider account team and the studio, including digital designers and the Studio Manager.
  • Managing social media accounts and implementing strategies for engaging content.
  • Developing and implementing ORM strategies to enhance brand positioning and engagement.
  • Ensuring the team has the necessary information to begin projects.
  • Managing operational income, billing, and revenue reporting.
Requirements:
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
  • Minimum 1+ years of account management experience.
  • Experience managing global clients and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage account finances and invoicing.
  • Creativity and ability to contribute to design studio output.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Understanding of integrating with client-side teams.
  • Passion for AI and new technologies.
