Job Description
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client to develop stunning and effective content and digital media campaigns. This role involves producing innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels, while adhering to brand guidelines and understanding target audiences. The Senior Designer will work on a range of creatives, from e-commerce to social media, and pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
Role Involves:
- Producing innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.
- Taking design projects from brief to completion.
- Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies.
- Delivering high-quality results that positively impact consumers.
- Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Overseeing the preparation of finished files.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience from digital agencies.
- Well-versed with editing videos with animations, motion graphics, & visual effects.
- Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
- Consistent record of delivering design projects within deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong client liaison skills.
- Excellent Adobe CS skills.
- On- and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
- Expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
