Job Description
Weber Shandwick is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to leverage analytics for effective communications campaigns. The role involves operationalizing client questions into smart measurement research and translating analytics findings into actionable insights. The Senior Analytics Manager will work with corporate clients across healthcare, tech, and other sectors, focusing on corporate reputation, issue management, and public affairs. This position reports to the head of the analytics team in DC and will join a 12 person strong analytics team.Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with analytics teams to service client research and analytics requests.
  • Testing and deploying AI-powered analytical tools.
  • Managing workloads to ensure delivery of compelling analytics reports.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets.
  • Maintaining knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Evangelizing smart data analytics internally and externally.
  • Developing and applying strategic measurement frameworks.
Qualifications include:
  • Expertise in translating data into strategic insights.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an independent contributor.
  • 2+ years managing direct reports.
  • Experience engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in social and earned listening, AI-powered analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Desire to take ownership of work, manage deadlines, and mentor junior staff.
