Job Description
Mojang Studios is seeking a Communications Program Manager to join their team in Stockholm. This role is crucial for shaping the future of one of gaming's most iconic franchises. The Communications Program Manager will be responsible for executing local and global internal communication plans that align with the company's long-term vision and goals. They will also deliver communication plans across the Stockholm Studio, ensuring teams are aligned with business and brand strategy. This position requires close collaboration across different teams in Stockholm, Redmond, and other locations to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
Role involves:
- Supporting the Comms Director.
- Developing collateral materials.
- Driving global decision-making and alignment.
- Crafting clear communications for internal and external audiences.
- Executing communication strategy and speaking engagements.
- Developing and engaging in storytelling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role (preferred).
- Experience driving communication strategy and developing storytelling at a gaming studio or entertainment brand (preferred).
