Too Good To Go, a certified B-corp, is seeking a Key Account Manager Retail to join their team in Amsterdam. The company's mission is to inspire and motivate everyone to take action against food waste. With operations in 19 countries, including the Netherlands since 2018, Too Good To Go partners with supermarkets, restaurants, and other businesses to offer surplus food to consumers through their app.
The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in the growth of Too Good To Go Netherlands, building relationships with retail partners and developing new growth initiatives. Reporting to the Key Account Retail Lead, the role involves managing a portfolio of large and medium-sized partners, from headquarters to store level. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving collaborations, optimizing offerings, and reducing food waste.
Role Involves: - Managing a client portfolio, from execution and training to analyzing KPIs and sales data.
- Translating operational knowledge of the store floor into discussions at the partner's headquarters.
- Building and strengthening relationships with partners at both headquarters and store levels.
- Proactively visiting stores to understand challenges.
- Creating business cases and annual plans to help partners grow and reduce waste.
- Taking a data-driven approach to new initiatives.
- Monitoring progress against KPIs and adjusting as needed.
- Supporting partners in effectively collaborating with Too Good To Go.
- Sharing best practices with the team to improve processes.
- Collaborating with the growth and sales teams to increase food rescue efforts.
Requirements: - Professional and proactive attitude with a sense of responsibility.
- Enjoys the diversity of calling partners, visiting stores, giving training, and conducting meetings at headquarters level.
- Asks the right questions, actively listens, and knows how to create win-win situations.

- Healthy interest in tech and SaaS solutions; experience with SaaS sales is a plus.
