Too Good To Go is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their Sales team in Lisbon. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for contacting leads to sell Too Good To Go's solution, helping businesses manage food waste and turn leftovers into profit.

The role involves engaging with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and bakeries across Spain, showcasing the benefits of joining the platform. The Inside Sales Specialist will use phone calls, emails, and messaging to set up calls with decision-makers, pitch the marketplace, and convince them to join Too Good To Go.

This role is based in the Lisbon office and requires fluency in Portuguese (C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2).

Role Involves:

  • Contacting leads to sell Too Good To Go's solution
  • Engaging with restaurants, cafes, and bakeries
  • Setting up calls with decision-makers
  • Pitching the marketplace and convincing businesses to join
  • Maintaining relationships with stores for 4 weeks to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales environment, particularly with phone-based sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tenacity and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Data-driven with experience working with a CRM and basic knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
