Senior Data Engineer

Job Description

Mejuri is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure that powers data-driven decisions across the company. The Senior Data Engineer will be critical in designing and maintaining robust pipelines and data systems that enable analytics, experimentation, and real-time insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across core data domains like customer behaviour, operations, and marketing, partnering closely with data scientists, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Python for data engineering and building pipelines using modern orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
• Proficient in ELT/ETL development with cloud warehouses like BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with DBT, version control (GitHub), and infrastructure tools such as Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Ability to build high-performance, scalable data systems that support both batch and real-time use cases.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
