Stone Co. is seeking an Assistente de Suporte e Atendimento to join their CSC team. This role is exclusively for Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD). The mission of the CSC team is to support business areas, resolve internal employee demands, and provide effective solutions. They aim to deliver a welcoming, fast, and decisive service, ensuring employees can focus on their core responsibilities.
The Assistente will be at the forefront, ensuring employees have the best possible experience with the technological resources they use daily. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of the company's activities.
Role Involves:
- Providing first-level support with agility and empathy.
- Assisting users with password-related issues (resetting and unlocking).
- Supporting the identification of simple equipment failures (PCs and notebooks).
- Guiding users on basic procedures, such as clearing cache and using tools.
- Registering support requests, tracking tickets, and escalating to advanced levels when necessary.
Requirements:
- Active listening skills to identify the real needs of internal clients and offer effective solutions.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on the client.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Google tools.
